Tales from Colony Drive is a collection of Urban Fantasy stories with elements of fantasy, horror, romantic and supernatural elements. The stories all take place in the Northeastern part of Pennsylvania, which to me is a perfect setting for stories like these. And since I grew up in that area, why not use it as a backdrop?

A recurring dream of an old, abandoned graveyard by a lake fills Jane's nights with restless unease. On the last day of her freshman year at college, she takes a drive to her family's former vacation spot in the Pocono Mountains with the intention of facing old demons.

Upon her arrival, she feels the comfort and belonging that was there for her as a child. But on that early spring afternoon, a sense of foreboding leads her to a clearing that is all too familiar.

And it has far more in store for her than a childhood fear...

Dusk to Dawn, Story #2

Somewhere between Interstate 80 and 309 in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Trina, Lisa, and Kevin respond to a Help Wanted sign on the door of the Dusk to Dawn Diner. The diner lives up to its name, only open from dusk to dawn.

One night, Kevin's attention is drawn to the padlocked room said to be used for storage after hearing strange noises behind the door. What begins as an ordinary night of work unravels into a night of terror. A night in which some may not make it out alive.

Romancing Elena, Story #3

After seeing her ex-fiancé with his new wife at a poetry slam, Elena decides to call it a night. She returns to her studio apartment, still feeling guilty over the reason behind the breakup.

As she settles in for a quiet evening alone, Elena is visited by a handsome-though mysterious-stranger and finds herself awakening in unfamiliar territory.

And maybe even a second chance...

The Twisting House, Story #4 (to be released soon)

Crystal was looking at the house the day she disappeared. At least that is what her friends believe. The Twisting House (as it is known to those living in the area) sits upon a vast and lonely field with its twisted towers looming in the distance.

One autumn afternoon, Jane and Trina set out on a drive only to end up at the house their former friend was so fascinated by. The house she yearned to become a part of.
